Always reading with it and taking it on our weekend adventures. I like the dictionary aspect of it when playing Scrabble! Electronic readers for the WIN. :)Meghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09033379806967300658noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3986231160847359755.post-68018174749236313852011-08-10T11:59:18.104-07:002011-08-10T11:59:18.104-07:00I think the Nook color is nicer and is backlightin...I think the Nook color is nicer and is backlighting so you can view it in the dark. Also you can go on the web as long as you have wifi available. Our friend loaned us hers for a day and it is nice. A little heavy.

The main reason I did not go with the color is that it the charge is good for 8 hours. Regardless of which one you get, you can check out library books so that’s a great feature. Drop me a line and let me know which you decide on when you get one and how you like it.John Deardenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05555010800792487059noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3986231160847359755.post-25868078622348689322011-08-10T11:14:24.598-07:002011-08-10T11:14:24.598-07:00I've been watching eReader developments closel...I've been watching eReader developments closely. Haven't bitten yet, but am also leaning toward the Nook for the reasons you mentioned.

I'm watching the $$ of it. I buy a lot of whodunits in paperback from Costco. Right now that habit would cost me more in an eReader, plus I couldn't give them away when done. But recently I've seen cookbooks and craft books for about 40% less than they'd cost in print. I'd have to go to the color eReader, though.MerryJonoreply@blogger.com
